The BR MIXERTM Technology
BR Mixer™ is a waste recovery system through the solubilization of the slurry. In an oil tank, the slurry consists of up to 95% hydrocarbons, the balance being solid and water. BR Mixer™ technology allows you to fully recover this hydrocarbon.
This technology is simple and applicable to situations where the solubilized sludge can be reintroduced into the process and again transformed into high added value product, such as in Refineries and Petroleum Terminals.
The BR MIXERTM Technology
The BR Mixer ™ system consists of a multi-directional cannon installed in the tank’s manhole and powered by powerful pumping units (480 HP). The advantage over similar equipment is the possibility of moving in all directions, reaching the entire internal surface of the tank.
No chemicals are used. The sludge is solubilized using the product itself inside the tank. In some cases solvent use may be required, such as light oil, LCO or diesel.

As a proactive measure, the BR Mixer ™ can be installed permanently in the Tank Visitor Mouth, replacing the blind flange, keeping the tank always clean and avoiding the accumulation of residue.

CN MIXER – Auto Pointer System
The CN Mixer is the most innovative technique available in the market for the cleaning of tanks, vessels and reactors. The CN Mixer multi-directional gun is patented by our Partner, ICE, Brasil and certified explosion proof.
The cannon can be operated manually or fully automated, and can be pre-programmed to perform a sweep in the tank, triggered by just a touch of the screen. The external control panel allows the operator to know where the CN Mixer cannon is pointing into the tank. This enables manual control and deeper scanning in certain areas of interest.
The CN Mixer in Action
In programming the CN Mixer, the operator initially defines the diameter and height of the tank. Then, you program the scan sequence, informing the points you want to reach inside the tank and the dwell time at each point, thus constructing a matrix. The hydraulic control system performs the cannon movement, as planned.
The CN Mixer is available in 2-inch and 3-inch diameter versions and is ideal for tank and equipment cleaning operations because it can reach the entire internal region of the equipment with high flow and pressure (150 PSI).
The use of CN Mixer technology makes it possible to dissolve heavy hydrocarbons, including asphalt, fuel oil and others, recovering this hydrocarbon for reprocessing, eliminating high costs with treatment and waste disposal.
Compared to other similar equipment on the market, the CN Mixer is the only automatic equipment available, allowing full sweeping of the tank with high flow. The small size of the CN Mixer, compared to other equipment, allows the suction and discharge to be installed in the same manhole, eliminating long lines of tubing and hoses.
TankScoop™ Technology
TankScoop™ is a simple and highly productive system for the mechanized removal of sludge from within a tank. Other existing technologies such as the use of robots, are very expensive and of low productivity. In addition, the hydraulic hoses wrap around the legs of the tanks, making the operation different. The TankScoop ™ is the best alternative, whenever man can enter the tank to remove the sludge manually. The productivity is about 6 to 10 times higher and requires a 7 times lower effective than the conventional method.
TankScoopTM Technology in Action
The ideal condition is to use the TankScoop ™ after the solubilization operation of the slurry using BR Mixer ™ technology since the slurry volume will be drastically reduced before starting the operation. When the slurry volume is small, TankScoop ™ technology can be used directly without performing the sludge solubilization operation.
Only 6 workers are required to fully clean an oil tank 55 m in diameter over a period of 15 days. Using the conventional technique, 40 workers are required to perform the same service in a 6 to 10 times greater time.

ChemiTankTM System is a technology used in chemical cleaning of tanks, using biodegradable chemicals, which does not expose man to the contaminated environment.
